The Arts Council of Snohomish County is embarking on a $6 million capital campaign to build a regional center for visual arts on the first floor of a new facility in downtown Everett. When completed in early 2010, the Visual Arts Education Center will be a community gathering place where people come to visit, take classes, make acquaintances, and experience life.
